All of the iOS 16 Live Text Updates

Apple included a feature that allows you to highlight and pick written and typed language from images, interacting with it in the same way you would text anywhere else in the operating system.

With iOS 16 expected to be released in September, Apple has worked to develop Live Text, and it now has some interesting new features.

Instead of only being able to choose text in photographs, you can now stop a video and interact with the text as if it were an image.

In iOS 16, the Live Text features that identify text in photographs and videos can be utilised in Spotlight search, allowing to find words you want.

In addition to English, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, Live Text now supports Japanese, Korean, and Ukrainian text.

You can now follow flights, shipments, translate languages, and convert currencies right from a photo or video with new quick actions.
