Updated Chip, USB-C, and Major Design Changes Are What to Expect From Apple's 10th-Generation Low-Cost iPad

The next iPad, which Apple is currently developing, is anticipated to launch later in 2022. The entry-level iPad has always felt like a secondary consideration.

despite the fact that there aren't many updates with new features, there may be a significant makeover in the works.

There could be a power button at the top, and the new design might have flat edges and rounded corners like the iPad mini. No bezels

The tablet is anticipated to be broader and thinner than the current model, measuring in at 248.62mm (height) x 179.50mm (width) x 6.98mm (depth).

Like the iPad Pro, iPad Air, and iPad mini, the tenth-generation iPad is anticipated to include a USB-C connector for charging rather than a Lightning port.

Apple is said to be aiming to update the 10th-generation iPad to an A14 processor from the current A13 Bionic model.

An increase from the current 10.2-inch display, the next-generation iPad will have a bigger 10.5-inch display.

Including the latest iPad Pro, iPad Air, and iPad mini devices, Apple has integrated 5G connectivity to its entire iPhone product range. The 10th gen can get it too.

Later in the year, in either September or October, the 10th-generation iPad is anticipated to go on sale. According to DigiTimes, Apple is planning a launch for September.
